Currently we use USPS for all of over shipping needs. All shipping charges are based on your postal code and distance. Once you input your address on a order shpping charges will be available for you to see.

We do not offer shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Do you offer delivery to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?
Yes, we can send shipments to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses. Orders shipped to APO addresses are done so via DHL or UPS, and then are turned over to USPS for final delivery (through the military mail system). Shipments to APOs can take up to 45 additional days to arrive. Unfortunately, once the package enters the military mail system, tracking ceases to update for military security reasons. This means that we no longer have visibility of your order and cannot provide tracking information.

First, check tracking info and see if it was delivered. If it says delivered but never received please contact us immediately so we can rectify the issue.

Enter your coupon code inside you shopping cart! Coupon code section lies between your listed items and checkout! You can also enter your coupon code during checkout when entering your payment information! (Please note that you must hit apply coupon before adding payment)

Yes all orders can be cancelled prior to shipping. Orders already shipped can not be cancelled. Contact us immediately to cancel an order: hotheadzus@gmail.com

Following a successful order, please expect a confirmation email. Once your order ships, we will send a email with your tracking information. The most recent information on your order is always available via the receipt link provided in our email correspondence. If you did not receive the status update emails, please check your spam folder or promotions tab in case it was redirected there.

You can return eligible items within 15 days. All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in new condition to be eligible for a refund.
The customer is responsible for return shipping charges.

All returns are subject to a $5.00 processing fee.

You can expect a refund to be issued for your return within 10 days of being received back at our warehouse. All refunds are returned back to the original form of payment, and may post within 2-3 business days depending on your financial institution.
